Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Vediconnect, we offer a digital and personalized healing service. Please read the cancellation and refund policy carefully:

Cancellation by Vediconnect

Vediconnect reserves the right to cancel or refuse any enrollment at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) the following cases:

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

• Transactions not in compliance with our Terms of Use

• Any technical or operational reason beyond our control

Cancellation by the Customer

• Once payment is made and Our Healing Program has been initiated (even partially), no cancellation or refund will be applicable.

• This includes cases where:

  • The healing plan or dietary advice has been prepared

  • One-on-one session has been scheduled or delivered

  • Program documents have been shared (via email, WhatsApp, etc.)

• As this is a personalized digital service, refunds are not applicable once the service process begins.

Digital Delivery Clause

• Our Healing Program may include PDFs, videos, voice notes, or guidance delivered digitally.

• As per standard digital product policies, once delivered/accessed/downloaded, such content cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

• In case of a failed payment or double deduction, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

• Please note that any bank/card gateway fees charged by your provider may not be refundable.

Refund Timeline

• Where applicable (such as for double transactions), refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original mode of payment.
